TownSq will allow residents of the Slopes to easily communicate with neighbours, managers, and board members. You can manage your account, get up-to-date community news & events, submit Requests, download documents and more. There isn’t a cost to join TownSq.You may have already received a message from Associa on July 20th ,2022 requesting you to sign up. - Please note if you own multiple units, you MUST sign up for each unit then you can Link them by selecting Add Account(under your Profile and Accounts).
- Please remember to advise C-Era Property Management of updated contact information/current mailing address (if different than property address). You can download forms on TownSq, including the Owner Contact Information Form and PAD Form.
- If you are a new homeowner, C-Era Property Management requires your Land Title for updating your account. Kindly submit an Owner Contact Information Form as well.
- If you are selling your home, kindly advise C-Era Property Management to make note on your account (submit Request on TownSq).
